Active Plan Management is an independent NDIS plan management provider working with participants in New South Wales and nationally. It handles the paperwork that comes with an NDIS plan, including submitting claims, creating service bookings, monitoring budgets, keeping records and receipts, and preparing monthly statements. Invoices are processed within 24 hours so that service providers are paid within 72 hours of service delivery. Participants receive help with plan reviews and with finding and organising the services in their plan. The organisation is a registered NDIS provider and stays independent of the providers it pays, so participants are not tied to any particular service.
