Abraham OT Services (AOTS) is a community-based occupational therapy and support coordination practice based in Moorabbin, Victoria. Its AHPRA registered occupational therapists work with clients of all ages throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria, in each person's home, community or at its Moorabbin clinic. The practice focuses on upper limb rehabilitation, including constraint-induced movement therapy, computer-based and robotic therapy with Tyromotion devices.
Support coordinators help participants use their NDIS plans effectively, coordinate their care and therapy teams and build daily living skills. Allied health assistants carry out therapy programs at home and in the clinic and run weekly creative art sessions. Other supports include specialised seating and wheelchair prescription, equipment trials, home modifications, home safety and workplace assessments, daily living retraining and carer training.
AOTS works with people with acquired brain injury, stroke, neurological and memory conditions, cerebral palsy and orthopaedic injuries.
