I have come through to them because of an NDIS plan. From day one they have been absolutely fantastic. My planner is patience and incredibly knowledgable and knows how the system works. She has an impressive knowledge of therapist who can help my children. She prompts me and really understands the demands of children. They are very professional in what they do – all their systems, documents, and reporting is great. They're very approachable and accepting. My Support Coordinator is very reliable – Ill send a text and get a response in minutes! The whole team is great, including those who run it, they are fantastic. They're a benchmark for what support coordination should like.

My Support Coordinator is amazing. Without her I'd be done by now. She does EVERYTHING! She's been phenomenal. We were with another service beforehand that was awful, we were so many months without services. Within 2 weeks of coming to Ablelink we had all the services we need, as well as an entire brand-new funding package. When I give them feedback, they take it on board. They really listen to what I need and I feel like they understand when I need help, and get things done! I can trust that when they tell me it'll be done, it will be. I love that my support coordinator gives me realistic time frames, reiterates it by emails, and then does it when she says she will. She knows her job, and knows her limits, and will stick to them. I love them!

I use Ablelink's supports for two of my family members. I was looking around for a dynamic, small, supportive organisation that could give me a personalised service, and I feel I was really really fortunate to find Ablelink. I can't believe my luck. I have found them absolutely fantastic. My coordinator is reliable, competent, fun, and she's just a vital person who's meticulous at doing the right thing by people. They never over-charge, and are so on the ball with everything. I've met the person in charge of Ablelink a few times, and it's clear she is passionate about ensuring her organisation has integrity and honesty – which shows through to all the staff. They treat me and my family members with dignity – which is so important. I tell them what I want and don't want and they respond really well – they're so open to my feedback. It's not always easy to get the right sort of support workers, but I'm glad I have this service to listen to me and help me find them. I am so satisfied with Ablelink.

Our support coordinator from Ablelink has been great at guiding us through the NDIS process and developing a solid plan to support the needs of our son on the autism spectrum. She has been excellent in terms of communication, collaboration and responsiveness to the complex needs of our son and this has given us peace of mind as we live with the day to day challenges of supporting him.

I use Ablelink. They're very good actually. When we started with NDIS it was very confusing and Ablelink made a lot of things quite clear for us. They helped us understand what sections we could use for what, and all the bits each sections covered. Their performance has been pretty good. We get three monthly reviews, and they come by and check in with us. They're on the ball. The girl that we have is good at making appointments with us before she pops in, she's very open, very nice, and easy going. When we had struggles with our providers Ablelink were there to help us figure it all out, and continuously assists us with understanding the system and keeping us abreast of changes and how we can best support our family member. Worth their salt. We hope we have the luck to keep them next year too.

Overall service is amazing

Ablelink has provided great support coordination. They have a sound understanding of the NDIS and our coordinator has been very helpful with suggesting suitable service providers. They are easy to contact and follow up efficiently.

My support coordinator is easy to speak to, has a lot of knowledge and is VERY easy to contact via the phone or email. She has explained a lot of things about the NDIS and provided extra help when I need it. She even went out of her way to research some information I needed and got back to me the next day. Very helpful.

I have only been a client of AbleLink for a short time but I cannot fault their service. My support co-ordinator is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. She is always working on my case and checks in with me on a regular basis. Any time I ask her for help it is done quickly and always with a positive outcome.

Our contact with this organisation has shown very good knowledge in her sector and her support has been of enormous value to us in making the most of our plan and the funds provided.
