Ability2Connect is an independent disability support provider based in McLaren Vale, South Australia, founded in 2019 by Liam Goldfinch with support from the Federal Government's NEIS scheme. It provides support coordination, home and community support, lived-experience mentoring and independent NDIS plan audits. Support workers assist with personal care, in-home routines, meal preparation, community access, therapy assistance and life skills development, and travel to the participant. Support coordination covers plan and budget breakdown, MyPlace portal navigation, connecting with providers and preparing for planning meetings. Mentors with lived experience work alongside participants.
