🚗 Community Access & Assisted Transport – helping participants stay connected and engaged 💉 Complex Nursing Care including: Ventilation & tracheostomy support Catheter care Stoma & complex bowel care Gastrostomy & nasogastric feeding Wound management Medication administration (oral, subcutaneous & intramuscular) 👥 Our Team 👩⚕️ Registered & Enrolled Nurses – AHPRA-registered with experience in hospital and community care. 🤝 Qualified Support Workers – Certificate III/IV in Individual Support with training in personal care, infection control, and behaviour support.
