This funding can be used to offer much-needed respite to both you and your carers, giving them a break from their caregiving responsibilities. A short stay away from home can offer you the opportunity to try new experiences, make new friends, and develop valuable skills, all while providing your carers with the chance to recharge.  For children under the age of 18 we offer early childhood therapeutic supports included in our respite stay, with specialised behavioural therapist, early childhood speech and occupational therapy as well as holiday and day programs to support children through their stay and promote independence, safety and improve their overall well-being.
