Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

From the provider: Hello my name is Natasha! My main focus is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities. Where I empower individuals to set and reach meaningful goals through person-centered, strengths-based support. My Mission/Vision: Is to walk alongside participants on their recovery journey with compassion, understanding, and real-world strategies helping them build independence, resilience, and confidence. With over 10 years of experience in the disability and mental health sectors, Guided Growth was founded in 2024 to bring specialised recovery coaching to the forefront of NDIS supports. I am based in Melbourne and offer services Australia-wide via telehealth (Zoom or phone). In-person sessions are available in selected Melbourne locations, including community meetups in parks and creative art spaces. I offer flexible, engaging coaching through art sessions, outdoor park-based sessions, and trauma-informed care. My approach is always tailored to each person’s individual recovery journey. And, Yes! We can do Zoom and phone-based recovery coaching to NDIS participants anywhere in Australia. Person centered is a core value of mine. I have seen participants move from feeling isolated and stuck to becoming more engaged, confident, and hopeful all through consistent, person-led coaching. What sets me apart: Combining professional experience with a personal story including a deep understanding of acquired brain injury and mental health from family experience. My coaching is practical, empowering, and 100% participant-led. I also work indpendent meaning I can focus my time on a select few people giving them the best experience. All NDIS participants are welcome with psychosocial disabilities, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and ABI. Qualifications & experience: Founder (myself) Natasha holds a Certificate IV in Disability and an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, and has worked in special education, support work, and recovery coaching for over 10 years. We tailor coaching sessions to align with each participant’s personal NDIS goals whether that’s building social connections, managing emotions, accessing services, or simply being heard. By empowering people to take control of their recovery journey I will support your decisions, celebrate progress, and keep your values front and centre. You will be in a warm, non-clinical space where creativity, community, and compassion come together to support psychosocial growth. I have Immediate Capacity Current availability: Yes — we currently have capacity for new participants! No waitlists for Zoom or phone coaching. Reach out anytime via guidedgrowth@recoverycoachteam.com or call [phone hidden] Thank you. Natasha Honey
