Community Participation Reach Home and Community Care can assist you in accessing and participating in the community by guiding, mentoring, supporting, and motivating you to succeed and reach set goals. This includes everything from grabbing a coffee at the local Café, going for a walk on the beach, visiting the park, going to the movies, attending social activities, and much more. Personal Activities Reach Home and Community Care’s goal is to assist you to live as independently as possible whether you are in a group home setting or living in your own home. Our Support Workers will assist you with personal activities such as Morning Routines, Personal Hygiene, Daily Tasks (e.g. eating, drinking bathing), helping you attend appointments, and much more.

I started Reptile Encounters because I want to give students the chance to connect with nature. I believe that people need to have that ‘inspire’ moment to be able to make the connection for themselves. By meeting animals in the flesh we engender a respect for our environment and equip students to make a difference!
