We are proudly female-led, neurodiversity-affirming, and founded on the belief that autism is not a disorder or deficit, but a difference — a distinct way of experiencing and engaging with the world. We offer ADOS-2 gold standard diagnostic assessments, as well as functional assessments and reports to help participants and plan managers understand support needs and daily functioning. We also offer expert support coordination, specialising in Level 3 support to women and girls with complex needs around autism and ADHD. Our team of qualified clinicians — including psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, mental health nurses, and speech pathologists — are all female professionals with lived or shared experience of autism and ADHD. Our reports clearly outline strengths, challenges, and daily living impacts across communication, social interaction, self-management, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing. We work closely with NDIS plan managers and support coordinators, ensuring our reports are practical, strengths-based, and aligned with participant goals. Our team is known for clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex clinical information into accessible, meaningful recommendations. Our vision is for a world where neurodiverse women and girls are valued, supported, and understood. Through comprehensive assessments, NDIS collaboration and support, and community education, we aim to dismantle barriers and promote visibility, validation, and voice for autistic women and girls everywhere. Spectrum Sisters is more than an assessment and support service — it is a movement for recognition, equity, and empowerment. By women For Women.
